Job Description:
Zendesk is looking for a product analyst to dive into product usage data across 20,000+ customers and 100,000,000+ end-users.

We strongly believe in helping the Zendesk customer base understand the data gathered from interactions with their own customers, because data-driven decisions on customer support lead to happier customers. At the same time, we constantly improve our product and business based on this same usage data. Ultimately, the better our customers use Zendesk, the better åthey support their end customers.

What you will get to do every day:

.Build/maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products

.Identify and measure indicators for trial conversion, upgrades and churn

.Help product team analyze usage data and conduct a/b tests to guide product roadmap

.Produce and further develop Zendesk Benchmark, which helps 15,000 Zendesk customers compare their key help desk metrics with their peers

.Tie product usage and support metrics together for a complete picture of what drives great support

.If you love making sense of data, but are also grounded in pragmatism, you may be perfect.

What you bring to the role:

.An analytical mindset, with the intellectual curiosity to search for the meaning behind the numbers

.BA/BS in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Math or other data-intensive field.

.Advanced degrees preferred but not required

.Practical experience with SQL and Excel, along with familiarity with statistical analysis (experience with stats packages a plus).

.Experience with dashboarding & data visualization, and strong opinions on how to best present data to business users
